The name Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka is derived from the Goblin language, as Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka was founded by Dr-67u 'Fi', who was culturaly KLEO.

The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Dr-67u 'Fi'.

Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka was built using the conventions of KLEO durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brick construction taking the shape of large simple gemometric shapes which ate then embelished with decorative features, but retain their simple shapes in spite of the added features such as pillars, faccaddes, and covered walkways. The blocky nature gives a general impression of extreem age, as if each structure has existed since time immemorial.

Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka is is constructed arround a series of premissive split-log ties mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The robustly designed timber walls have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this city has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. Precisely how it has gained its wealth is a mystery. Lilgap Wir Sitkhìkhka is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a city, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes.
